With pipeline recruiting, each BlueCloud Technologies office chooses the most sought-after IT or engineering skillsets within their region by reviewing their branch placements over the past year, as well as local market data. Each recruiter then becomes a specialist of a small group of those “hot” skillsets. They are tasked with having 10-15 available and pre-screened consultants within those specific skillsets at all times.
Collectively, each branch office then has a team of recruiters who are experts in each of the major IT or engineering skillsets in their local market. At any moment in time, each branch has a comprehensive list of ready-to- work candidates across all skillsets within that market.

In addition, we employ block interviews to enable our clients to efficiently interview multiple pre-screened candidates in the most time-effective manner possible. We have developed our own BlueCloud Technologies Immigration Sponsorship Program with this in mind, helping qualified consultants from all over the world work with our clients.
